Texas executed Ker’Sean Ramey on Wednesday for fatally shooting three people during an attempted robbery at a rural home in 2005. Ramey, 41, died by lethal injection at the state penitentiary in Huntsville, according to The Guardian.
Ramey was executed one week after the other man convicted in the killings was put to death. ABC News and KHOU had reported ahead of the execution that Ramey was scheduled to die shortly after his co-defendant.
The execution was Texas’ sixth of the year. Three more people are scheduled to be executed in the state over the next two months, The Guardian reported.
