Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi joined Instagram on Thursday, October 22, using her first post to introduce her forthcoming memoir, *Belonging: A Journey of Love*.
In a video recorded at her office in New Delhi, Gandhi posed with the book and said she was grateful to share its first look. She described the memoir as “a story of love, duty, loss and finding a place to belong,” adding that she looked forward to sharing it with readers.
The book is being published by HarperCollins and is expected to be released on November 10, according to *The Hindu*. Gandhi’s daughter, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, was also seen distributing sweets to her mother during the occasion.
The memoir had initially been expected to be published in India by PHRI, but that publisher later withdrew from the project following differences over the manuscript, *The Hindu* reported.
