Braden Peters, the 20-year-old social media influencer known as Clavicular, pleaded not guilty Thursday in Orleans, Massachusetts, to charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at his family’s Cape Cod home.
Peters faces charges including felony rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to someone under 21. Prosecutors allege that he gave the girl alcohol until she was intoxicated and assaulted her during a May 2025 visit to the home in Chatham. Peters has denied the allegations through his attorneys, maintaining that the sexual encounter was consensual.
At the arraignment, Peters agreed to $10,000 bail and surrendered his passport. He was ordered not to contact or post about his accuser. His next hearing is scheduled for Nov. 24, when a judge is expected to consider whether there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed, according to the BBC.
The accuser told police that Peters had paid her to appear in his “looksmaxxing” videos and that they drank alcohol while filming a livestream before the alleged assault. She has also filed a civil lawsuit against him in Florida.
Peters has more than one million followers on social media and produces livestreams about physical appearance, including cosmetic procedures and drug use. In a separate Florida case, he previously pleaded no contest to unlawfully discharging a firearm in public and was sentenced to probation.
