A 70-year-old Florida attorney has been arrested after allegedly threatening to shoot U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents while attempting to buy a gun in Mississippi.
Lisa White came to the attention of the Department of Homeland Security after visiting a gun store in late September, according to reports cited by Breitbart. A store employee said White described herself as a protester and activist and said she needed a firearm because ICE agents were becoming “crazy and wild.”
White allegedly asked about the effectiveness of body armor and said that, if agents were wearing it, she would have to shoot them in the head, shoulder or leg. When the employee warned that such conduct could leave her facing armed officers, she allegedly replied, “If I have to die, I have to die.”
Homeland Security Investigations agents later visited the store, interviewed witnesses and arrested White, according to Hoodline New Orleans. She is due to face court proceedings on November 16, 2026.
